Yes. I have a studies-related dilemma & school hasn't even freaking reopened! Wow. Looks like its going to be a rough year from here on in. What is my dilemma? My physics tuition is scheduled on Fridays. I know right now you are thinking, "alright, he's lost it. There's nothing wrong with physics tuition on Fridays," True, there shouldn't be. But wait just one moment. I also have rugby practice on Fridays. NOO! My head says drop rugby and focus on physics but my heart says drop physics & play rugby. And given the past evidence, the new physics teacher isn't quite up to the mark. I mean, I managed to scrape 70% with my old teacher but barely passed with the new one. I know, maybe it is me but I'm merely stating my inference and observation, respectively. My dad too is undecided. I am yet to discuss with my mom. We shall see. -Sigh-. Looks like a rough year ahead. -Gulp-.

It's been sort of a while since I blogged. I have a lot I want to write but I on Thursday I forgot and on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, I didn't have a secure internet connection. Why? Because I went back to Taiping. On Thursday, I forgot because I was exhausted. Hehe. That morning, my family and one of my cousins -- he slept over -- went to swimming in Putrajaya. No, not in the lake, but in a/the public swimming pool. I'm not sure how many there are. It was really empty so my family managed to do our laps in peace without people 'berendam' there. I mean, come on, it's a lap pool, not a jacuzzi. You're supposed to SWIM, not soak. Especially to those who REALLY need to lose those pounds. There I go, straying off again. So, back to the story, the pool being empty was a really great thing. But the best part was that it was Olympic sized! Woohoo! Just thought I'd publish a post on sounds that I like. These sounds may or may not necessarily be relaxing. These are just sounds that I like. Waves breaking and crashing against the beach. Cliche, I know. But its so rhythmic and relaxing. Running water. No, not tap water. As in a stream or river. This one is not so rhythmic but still relaxing. Car's engine revving. Haha. Yes, I'm somewhat of a diesel-head. But I'm not into the shrill cry of F1 engines. Something deep. Muscle car sort of deep. Almost roaring if you rev it. That sounds like power to me. Keyboard being typed on. I know this sounds strange but I like it. To me, it sounds like inspiration being transferred and molded into a story. Camera shutters. The 'click' that goes off when you snap a picture. I like that. Especially when you've managed to get a really good angle and create a very interesting snapshot. Golf ball. Today we played rugby in the rain. It was a lot of fun! I managed to score a lot of tries. I'm very happy about that. Just wanted to post that. Hehe. That's all for now. Au revoir

The past 3 days, my family and I have been on vacation in Port Dickson. I know, school hasn't quite ended yet but my mom already booked an apartment there. The apartment itself is owned by the company my mom works for and they rent it out at a much cheaper rate to company employees. We left for PD around noon on Saturday so I managed to recover from the intensive rugby practice the previous day. The journey there was a bit gloomy, being rainy and all. When we got there, we had lunch, unpacked, watched a bit of TV, had snack and by 6 p.m., the rain had stopped so we swung by the beach. We didn't go into the water. Yet. Hehe. Its been so long since I blogged. I've been caught up with studying and doing the Bio presentation and so many other things. I know, lame excuse, I used to be able to find time, etc. Its just I can't seem to pass my Chemistry & Add Math papers. I swore I did so much better for Add Math. Yeah sure, my marks went up from 10% to 35% or 38% but its not enough. I need to PASS. *Sigh*. This year is almost up and next year I have SPM. NOOO! So next year it's back to seminars, books, minimal TV & no PlayStation 3. ToT, The horror! Haha. I'm overreacting. Anyway, before zooming too far into the future, how to kick back during the holidays? Hmm. If only kicking back was as simple as portrayed by this cute kitten. Hehe. Hello everyone. I'm so sorry I've neglecting this blog and its readers. Anyway, Ramadan is almost over. It feels so short this year. Raya is coming up. But if things keep going the way they are, I won't be returning to Taiping this year for Raya. Then again, two of my cousins there are sitting for their PMR & SPM examinations, respectively. Good luck to them! Next week there is no rugby practice and no Add Math tuition. Speaking of Add Math, I still need to ask my teacher for my results. Hope I didn't do too bad. My birthday is coming up. I haven't asked for anything -- nor am I expecting anything. All I hope for is that my Add Math results turn out OK. I've really been working hard at it. Today, we went to celebrate my dad's birthday. When I woke up, both my parents were downstairs so I sneaked down and wished my dad a happy birthday. Then I went back up decided what to wear. Somehow most of the clothes that we wore needed to be ironed so my mom ironed her clothes, my brother's and mine while my dad ironed his. He insisted. All of us dressed casual-smart. We hit the road about 11:30 or so. On the way it was a nice drive. Light-hearted with laughter and chatter. We entered Putrajaya and after a slight detour -- due to a wrong turn -- we passed by the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) and it is an impressive building. Abah says it is like a hotel on the inside. There were so many flags outside. All the states' flags along with dozens and dozens of Malaysia's flag; the Jalur Gemilang. Sorry about not updating my blog lately enough boys & girls. Haven't been in the mood lately. Poor excuse, I know. Anyway, back to the post. Today I went to the Gardens with my family to watch Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen at GSC Signature. Awesome theater. Awesome cars. The cars this time around are quite interesting. Most of the cast has been brought back with the exception of a couple but more robots have been thrown into the mix. Autobot Sideswipe's vehicle form is drop dead sexy. Corvette Stingray concept. Then again, I have a soft spot for Corvttes. Haha. There aren't as many scenes that show off the vehicles as the first Transformers but the plot is very fast paced and my whole family was a little stunned and dissapointed when the movie ended. I would absolutely love to keep reviewing about the plot but I do not want to reveal any spoilers for any of my readers who have yet to catch the movie. Muahaha. Today, June 27th 2009, BJ's very own rugby team went up against MBSA, Taylor's College and MSU, respectively. And today, a historic milestone in the Warrior's brief history, we won a game! We won our game against MSU! C'mon all of those in BJ. Support your rugby team! We may be under-experienced but we managed to beat a college! That's something to be proud of. The scores are as follows; 2-0, 1-0, 1-0. Woohoo! Warriors on three. 1, 2, 3, WARRIORS!

Tomorrow afternoon, our BJ Warriors have at least 3 rugby matches at the SSAAS field in Seksyen 2. We will fight ex-SSAAS, SSAAS, and Taylor's College. Kick-off is around 4 p.m. To those who are interested to cheer our rugby team on, please do come. By the way, I won't be there. I'll be visiting my aunt in Alor Setar. I have a new cousin! Yaay! I hope. I want to play tomorrow! T-T. Oh well, you can't have everything in life. I just hope I get some good things too. Otherwise, life would just suck.

OK maybe not quite that literally but it HAS been a while since I last blogged. It's been 13 days. WOW. Almost 2 weeks. Anyway, Mother's Day has gone by, Syaza & Syarul have moved to different schools, I got a new position on the rugby team, I'm turning down the chance to go to Perkhemahan Peringkat Negeri for Bomba and exams have started. So much has gone by. On Mother's Day, we didn't really do anything... Hehe. But my family isn't that big a celebrator of Mother's Day & Father's Day... So my mom was cool about it. She cooked and it was fantastic. Missed her cooking. Syarul went to Victoria's Institution (V.I.) and Syaza... Um... I'm not sure where she went. Wonderful friend I am. I think she went to MRSM. Today I woke up at 7 -- despite it being a public holiday. Rugby practice at 7:30. Arrived at 7:40. Arrived at the same time with Dagan. We arrived at the same time & we were the first to show up. After most of the team showed up, we started warm-ups and training. At around 10-11, the MSU kids showed up and we had a small friendly. Played 4 quarters and 10 a-side. We lost 5-1. Not bad considering we went up against college kids. We wrapped up at 12. There goes half-a-day. One of my teammate's dad is MY dad's classmate. Talked with him a bit. At home, I down a can of Hansen's Ginger Ale. Damn those things are good. Better than 100 plus if you're exhausted. Before hitting the shower, I helped my mom to prepare mashed potato. Then I offered to help with the pan-fried meat, only to get shooed away. Hehe. Lunch was awesome. Then again, it's my mom who cooked mostly, I shouldn't be surprised. Today was rather interesting. I got my History paper - 65%. Not bad considering I pretty much blew the second part. Anyway, after Friday prayers I went for Rugby practice. Coach had said to bring umbrellas but naturally, no one did -- save for Coach. So everyone got soaked and we were freezing our butts off. But it was awesome. Then we did some training. Everyone kept fumbling coz our fingers were numb and the balls were soaked. Thankfully, after a while, the wind stopped howling so we felt warmer. Around 7 we called it a day and settled down. Everyone was still soaking wet, naturally. Everyone had fun. Now, it is 11:21 p.m. and I am signing off Blogspot. Au revoir

It's the end of a long weekend for me. The barbeque was held at the ship-like park at Jalan Ubin. It was great. Quite a number showed up actually. I was surprised that there were that many people. But you know what they say; "the more the merrier" and merrier it was. Attended Farah's surprise farewell party on Saturday morning. It was great. The food was great. I'm sure those who attended would've noticed my laptop... I was supposed to go to Marr's house for debate practice afterwards but since no one else was going I decided not to. Today was the friendly against Seksyen 9. It was a good game though we lost. 15-0. I think. 1 try (touchdown) is worth 3 points. Some of the players played a little rough (on both sides) but it's all good. That's the beauty of Rugby. It's fair and despite all the hard-knocks, its a gentleman's game. My weekend's been so busy. I still have homework to catch up on. T-T. Hopefully I can do it. Hopefully.
